那卜勒斯義大利麵
- 取深鍋，加水至2/3高度，原則上1人份：100g義大利麵，總水量不能少於1公升，上蓋煮至沸騰。
- 加鹽的最佳時機是水滾以後(避免沾黏)，加入細鹽。
- 用手握住下鍋的義大利麵，垂直放入鍋中，開始計時7分鐘(不要全熟)。麵條受熱稍微軟化後，就可以輕輕攪拌，使之完全沒入水中烹煮。
- 計時結束後，將麵條瀝水，倒入少許橄欖油拌一下，防止麵條黏在一起。
